Manifestation guide

Manifestation journal examples

Six examples to make your own, thirty uplifting prompts, and a daily practice for connecting with the life you are creating.

What manifestation journaling means to me

I believe manifestation begins with a clear vision, trust in what you are creating and the feeling of already welcoming it into your life. Journaling brings these together on the page.

Writing your desires in the present tense helps you connect with them in a personal way. Gratitude lifts the practice, and inspired action carries your intention into everyday life.

Your journal can become a calm space to return to your dreams, strengthen your belief and celebrate each step as your vision unfolds.

Six manifestation journal examples

Use these examples as inspiration and shape each one around your own dream, your own words and the feelings you want to welcome into your life.

Purposeful work and business growth

“It is Tuesday morning and I feel inspired by the work I am creating. My ideas flow easily, the right opportunities find me, and my work makes a meaningful difference.”

Write in the present tense and describe the energy, pace and purpose you want your working life to have.

Financial freedom and abundance

“I am deeply grateful for the abundance in my life. Money flows to me through fulfilling work, my business grows beautifully, and I feel free, secure and supported.”

Connect financial abundance with the freedom, security and possibilities it brings into your life.

Confidence and self-trust

“I trust myself fully. I express my ideas with confidence, follow my intuition and make choices that feel right for me.”

Describe the confident version of you through the way she speaks, chooses and moves through her day.

A loving relationship

“I share a loving, peaceful and supportive relationship. We communicate openly, grow together and feel deeply at home with one another.”

Focus on the qualities, feelings and shared experiences that make love feel beautiful to you.

The 3-6-9 method

“My dreams are unfolding beautifully, and I welcome every aligned opportunity with trust and gratitude.”

Write your chosen affirmation three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon and nine times in the evening, allowing its meaning to stay with you throughout the day.

Wellbeing and inspired action

“My body feels strong, light and energised. I move through my day with calm, clarity and a deep sense of wellbeing. Today I choose a walk that refreshes me.”

Let your intention inspire one enjoyable action that carries its energy into your day.
